Using SeedViral
SeedViral turns your saved series choices into narrated vertical videos on the schedule you pick. You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in secure, give accurate account information and only connect accounts you are allowed to control.
Acceptable use
Do not use SeedViral to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or dangerous, deceptive (including impersonating real people, false claims presented as fact or misleading health or financial claims) or that invades someone’s privacy. That includes fraud, scams, phishing and fake giveaways; sexual content involving a real person, anyone who is or appears to be under 18, or anyone who has not agreed to it; and impersonating a person, brand or organisation by their face, voice, name or logo. Do not upload audio or material you do not have the rights to use. Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the service’s limits or security. We may hold work, refuse a request or suspend an account to investigate or stop misuse.
Your content and AI-generated videos
You keep the rights you have in what you submit. You allow SeedViral and its service providers to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the features you use. Only submit posts, articles, scripts, pictures, videos and music you wrote, own or have permission to use. A publicly accessible link does not establish permission.
Scripts, voices and images are created by AI models. They can contain factual, visual, language and timing errors, and may resemble other output. Review each video before you publish or rely on it. Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may download, use and publish the videos made for your account. We do not guarantee originality, exclusive rights, views, income or acceptance by any platform, and you are responsible for following each platform’s rules, including its AI-content disclosure rules.
Videos and songs our servers make for you carry machine-readable notes saying how they were made, including when AI made or edited them; do not remove or hide them. Files you save from the free tools, which run in your browser, carry no such note. Where the law or a platform asks, you must label AI-generated or AI-altered media, mark paid promotions as ads, and make clear that a skit or drama is fiction. Never present an AI presenter, a skit or a drama as real people or real events.
AI presenters and product ads
Presenters are invented adults. Do not ask SeedViral to look or sound like a real person, to imitate a celebrity or public figure, or to present a made-up conversation as a genuine interview or a made-up person as a real customer or expert. Realistic presenter videos may be AI-generated or AI-altered media; where a platform or the law asks you to label that, you must, and SeedViral adds the platform’s AI label when it publishes for you.
You must own or have permission to use the product images, descriptions, trademarks and other material you provide or ask us to import. A publicly accessible link does not establish permission. You must review advertisements for accuracy and hold evidence for product claims and any genuine testimonials. Ads must not include false endorsements or invented reviews, ratings or results, and you are responsible for identifying advertising where its commercial nature is not obvious.
Your face and voice, and other people's
You may only set up your own face and voice, and only if you are 18 or older. To use another adult's face or voice, invite them so they sign the release themselves. Never record, upload, describe or imitate anyone else's face or voice, including a child, a celebrity or a public figure, and never use SeedViral to make a real person appear to say or do something they did not. The voice changer and voice cloning are for your own speech and voice, or a person who has signed a release.
The release each person signs explains how their face and voice are used and kept. They can withdraw it at any time, and it then stops being used. Videos that are already finished or published are not recalled: if the person asks, remove them where you posted them.
Music you upload
Only upload music you own or have permission to use. That means every right needed for the video you make: the recording, the song (its composition) and its lyrics, the right to put it to pictures, and the right to share or publish the result where you post it. A track being available online does not give you permission. You are responsible for any licence a platform or a rights holder asks for. Music videos, lyric videos and visualisers keep your audio as you uploaded it; we do not check who owns it.

Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe something made with SeedViral uses your work, your face or your voice without permission, follow Report a copyright problem. We review each complaint and may remove access to the video while we do, tell the account owner and pass the complaint on. The account owner can send a counter-notice. We suspend or close accounts that repeatedly use work, faces or voices they have no right to use, and we may stop any feature being used to break these terms.
Subscriptions and payment
Each subscription covers one series at the cadence you choose, billed monthly or yearly in advance. The price, billing period and renewal amount are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Videos included in a period do not roll over. A selected animated opening uses 20 credits; a rebuild shows its credit cost before you accept it. Credits are service credits, not money, and cannot be transferred. You can buy one-off credit packs in Billing when they are on sale; pack credits do not expire and are used only for the extras you choose.
Payments are processed by Stripe Managed Payments. For these purchases Onelink by Stripe is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, calculates and collects applicable sales tax or VAT, sends your receipts and handles payment support. Your payment is shown as sold through Onelink, and the payment terms shown at checkout also apply.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel renewal at any time in Billing, or through your Onelink order history. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep your series schedule and videos until then, and you are not charged again. When you cancel, we may ask why and, once per subscription, offer a discount on your next renewals instead. If you accept it, your subscription continues at the discounted price for the renewals stated in the offer, then at the normal price; you can still cancel at any time. Pausing or archiving a series stops its videos but does not cancel renewal.
If a video could not be delivered because of a fault on our side, we will try to replace it using completed work, without charging twice for the same video. To ask for a refund, contact Support with the series (or credit pack) and charge date, or contact Onelink support about the payment. If a credit pack is refunded or disputed, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Free tools
The free tools under Free tools run in your browser. Files you open in them are not uploaded to us. Their results are provided as they are: check them before you use them, and only use files you have the rights to.
Publishing
Downloads never need a social account. Publishing to a platform requires an eligible connection and your approval, and only happens where it is enabled. We do not change a video’s visibility, switch accounts or report a post as published unless the platform confirms it. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Retention and closing your account
Download videos you want to keep within 90 days of them being ready. You can export your data and delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account cancels your subscription and removes your data as described in the Privacy notice. Posts already on another platform must be removed there.
Service changes and liability
We work to keep SeedViral available but do not promise uninterrupted service or delivery at an exact time; generation can be delayed while providers recover. We may update features or these terms; material changes are posted here with a new date, and changes to price or billing apply only from your next billing period after notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for how you use the videos. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
